The “slug” of a post is part of the url, I believe. If you have a setting in the WordPress admin panel set to display what they might call “search engine friendly urls”, the posts will have titles similar to the-doctors.info/wordpress/the-title-of-this-post/ where “the-title-of-this-post” is the “slug” of the post. I might be wrong, but I’m fairly certain that this is what it is.
Hi Nathan Thanks for your help I did get here eventually as you can tell. Now you will find the urls are tidy as I figured what to do now I use the post slug method. Thanks again.
Hi Nathan Thanks for your help I realy appreciate your help. As you may be able to tell now I have changed all my wordpress over to this format.
